And not just because I won mine in Marlon's contest! I love the step-by-step process, and the clear and straight-forward explanations. And the fact that there's a forum and that they will add extra info if at least two people have trouble with something. That's customer service! The dashboard even provides most of the tools that are needed -- in part as part of the dashboard, and in part ss bonuses that come with it. One small grain of salt, though probably unavoidable: some of the steps take A LOT longer than 30 minutes. I don't know about you, but between step one and two, I have spent hours, and I'm not nearly done. And then there are a few upcoming ones that look like they'll take quite a while as well (choose and contact experts, for example). Either that, or I must be really slow... IT'll be all worth it in the end, though, when I'll have my shiny new product to sell. And the process will surely be much faster when I'll take the dashboard for more go-arounds as I create product two, three, etc. About ratings: I'll give it 5 stars. 6 stars if that were possible.
